It is getting hotter day by day. Frequent power failures add to our woes.
I searched the Net for a diet for summer, and even tried to survive on a fruitarian diet for a whole day. Dismissing the bewildered faces of my wife and daughter, i devoured a salad of carrot, and cucumber as breakfast. Until noon, it was ok. When i came back home, to have my unusual luch of bananas, my wife enquired if iam ok. I smiled triumphantly, trying to resist the provoking smell of curries. By evening, headache started, and i couldn't control myself. I needed to eat something. My ego didn't let me ask for food. Luckily my wife made dosas for me. My experiment with fruits came to a miserable end.

Gone through your lines. Very clear and convincing style. Fruitarian diet, in my view, is not the one we can follow always. After many days of starch oriented diet, if we feel tiresome or uneasy, the fruitarian diet can help to overcome the poisonous side effect of over carbohydrate -protein intake. It's been proved in these days that most of the illness or diseases are the result of over intake of unmatching combination of different kind of food. When i feel fedup or exhausted due to my improper or unscientific eating habit from local food stalls, i will turn into the fruitarian diet. Thank God, it cured my much of health problems such as head ache, body pain, gastritis, acidity, sleeplessness etc..
